I went in here with my boyfriend last week to get a quote for a car I wanted to trade in and also see what CRV's or other SUVs were in my price range. After explaining what my price range was, my expectations of the vehicle I wanted, and how much I wanted to pay each month, the dealer said that was nearly impossible. The service here is amazing. Sean is my service advisor and he's been such a great help from day one.
My car is in the body shop. Dropped my car off at 8am to learn that Enterprise did not open until 9am. Waited around for them to open only to find out that they did not have my reservation even though this was pre-arranged. Hoping the repairs come out ok or I will never use a dealer again!
Huge thanks to the team at Executive Honda. Visiting family from out of state for Thanksgiving and had some issues with our CRV on the drive to CT. Got the car in at 7am on black Friday. Fixed in less than 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Can't ask for better service than that! Wish I could give 10 stars for the experience.
