RecommendedWent to 2 Honda dealerships when looking at the CRV. The first dealership was not a happy experience. Haggle Haggle.. I went to Executive and Kaleed made it was a very easy experience.. Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes after arriving for an appointment. After speaking to the receptionist, I wasn’t offered help one time. Terrible customer service.

I bought my first HONDA CRV at Executive Wallingford 10 years ago and since have bought two more CRVs, giving our daughter our First. I’ve serviced all 3 in Wallingford always taking advantage of the “express service” for oil changes and waiting while services. I’ve had all serviced for all needs in Wallingford and they have always been most accommodating. In 10 years it’s never been more than 1 hr for an oil change.
