I made a procedure in 05/29, and I didn't receive the refund of the prepayment!!! And now, they even response my emails! I've been writing since 10/19!!! Awful customer service.
doctors seem great. but a lot of the nurses don't really care when you press the call button. waiting for medication that is supposed to be administered regularly is not an easy feeling
I have requested my records since July. Called in September. Rep said coming in a week. Nothing sent email again. Nothing. Called a week ago. Rep said that they have put the request. She said she will call back me to tell me what is happening. Nothing. I need to go see new dermatologist but she needs the results of my patch test. And Northwestern has them hostage along all of my records. Who can I call to fix this?????
The staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital literally saved my husband's life. Which means they also saved my family's lives as well. Giving a positive review seems like nothing compared to what those people did for us.
I got an nasal endoscopy exam and they sent the charges to my insurance saying that it was a surgery! The charges was over $1000 (even knowing that price ranges 350-750) and I had an co payment of $25 , but they didn’t do nothing to help to fix this! And now they said I owe $500 deductible, because they sent the wrong code to my insurance! They called me saying that if I don’t pay they are going to put my name in collections! I have been in many places and I did this exam many times and my insurance always covers everything!... read more
