Amazing people and the level of care was amazing. From the ER nurse Tatiana, the guys in the CT Scan and all the Doctor’s, Nurses and tech people. Wished to call attentions to Gia on floor 14, thank you for putting up with me when I was in the most pain.

Should be ashamed! We have been sitting in the er for almost 7 hours and no service!
I had a friend who was visiting and had a large laceration to her hand. She was cared for well at Northwestern!
I had my 2nd TKR surgery in August of 2019, the staff there was great, however this time around they seemed to have misplaced my personal belongings for awhile, and the next day I went into my purse and I noticed that all of my cash was gone. I filed a report with the hospital security guard and have yet to hear back from the hospital. I guess I was looking for an apology or something. I know I will never see the money again, but I thought for sure the hospital would acknowledge my complaint.
