Dr holly incompetent !!!!! Almost killed my husband
RecommendedToday I saw true nurses (offduty) go the extra mile on a flight from Chicago to Charleston, sc. About 10+ of your sweet qualified nurses from northwestern memorial hospital and friends banned together to take care of a mom traveling alone that could not stop vomiting. They jumped in quickly tended to her along with her young son and infant. Love my doctor, but the billing department is a total mess and trying to get answers on a bill is nearly impossible. They claim they have no records of earlier calls, but when I give dates and a recap of the call, it magically appears in the system! Different answers from each rep you speak with. I got one answer from a rep I spoke with on the phone and a completely different answer via their messaging system. Why do I have to spend my time helping you figure out your billing system?!?! I don't do a lot of reviews here or on Yelp, but after three days of dealing with Northwestern Memorial Hospital for what I had originally been told would be a one day process and, as a result, having had exposure to a number of different medical and business departments, I felt compelled to do one.
