My experience has been horrible from the time I had to find OB triage to my child’s stay in the NICU. I fought to have my baby here and I regret this decision everyday. The staff in triage was terrible at one point the nurse said eww. I paid 78 dollars to remove my vehicle from the parking lot and was never told about the Jackson Chance pass. Dont EVER go to the ER there. They voilated my HIPPA rights, treated me badly, I had an over 5 hr wait w a head injury. Was put on display with constant seizures. Then have been trying for over a month to get a resolution & speak to the appropriate people, the nursing manager Brian yells at me, talks down to me and hangs up on me. This ER does not care for their patients and the Admin, clearly does not care about wether or not the patients concerns are addressed. I was there for 14 days and I only had one person of staff who didn’t meet my expectations of bedside manner. Through out my stay, it was comfortable and I felt I had ample privacy. The doctors here are some of the best and show they care.
From admission to the end of my 4 day stay the staff was EXCELLENT. From the Doctors to housekeeping staff they were absolutely amazing. I was in bad shape and probably not the best patient but the staff was unfailingly kind and compassionate. Truly an amazing Hospital!!!!!!!!!
