initially, I had conducted my investments, with another American Hartford Gold representative and was disappointed with his service. Mr. Jamie *****, Director of Compliance contact me, He was professional, informative and efficient. He took over my account and informed me he was going to be My representative. I was satisfied with his services and I felted secured that I made my investment with American Hartford Gold. I will be recommending my family and friends.

Short and sweet, I needed a custodian for my Self-Directed IRA. Equity Trust was recommended to me. I've been with them for two years now and on several occasions I needed to contact them. They are always very professional and customer oriented. I highly recommend Equity Trust to anyone in need of their services.

Fees are outrageous and not what I was originally told. I have contacted them 3 times to fix my name because they misspelled it right from day one and the last representative said they had fixed it but when I logged in 3 or 4 days later it was still misspelled. I would not recommend this company especially when the can’t even fix simple clerical errors.
