Horrible. I've been tying to get monies transfered from Morgan Stanley for 4wks now.The on boarding team lead by Mae is unresponsive to emails and phone messages. I do not get replies .I have called about 10 times, and except for once ,always gotten voice mails and no response. They have lost my account a tremdous amount of monies due to their incompetence . Their excuse is its always someone else's fault.

I submitted a transfer of funds request to Equity Trust seven days ago through a form they supplied to me. Seven days later, the transfer has not been completed. I tried to contact them and got nothing but recorded messages. Never once did I speak to a human. I contacted another company that had put me in touch with Equity. It took them almost 10 minutes to find a phone number. They were unable to give me a name of anyone to talk to. The phone number only sent me back into the maze of recorded messages. I'm having issues with getting them to transfer my money to my bank account after trying to close an account. They just can't seem to get the money transferred. I've been working on this for 3 weeks but they just have the information from the 3rd try on June 11, but after 3 docusigns and numerous phone calls, they still can't seem to transfer my money. I'm thinking all sorts of horrible things have gone wrong here.

Just say NO!! These guys have only their best interest at heart. Customer No Service! I wish I had read these reviews before I put my hard earned money with them. I'll be long gone before I do another flip with Equity Trust.

Horrible !! Anticipating moving our account away from them. Real Estate transaction delayed, due to lack of communication in a asset transfer/sale that was started 3 weeks ago. Kept sending an email to my husband and not the asset company for a correction to an invoice. Multiple calls and emails no resolve as yet, and I went up the ladder to mgt. I've had an IRA acct with ET for 12 years. The fees have been incrementally increasing although I have not made any transactions (deposits, withdrawals or transfers) in that entire time. Because I was going to "shop around" for a depository company that may charge less, I found that there are not many companies that do this, all of them have multiple complaints, and perhaps the fee I pay is not over the top? My husband requested a full transfer of funds “in kind” on March 19. Later Equity Trust said they needed further information. ****** ******* ****, who had submitted the initial paperwork, contacted Equity Trust on March 25 and resolved any issues. Equity Trust still has not transferred the funds. It’s April 9. When **spoke with Equity Trust today, they were told that all is in order but they've been busy because of tax season. What kind of amateur organization is this? We still have no promise date of the fund transfer.
