Unfortunately, there is not an option for zero stars. NEVER PUT YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Opening the account was easy, trying to get your money back next to impossible. This is obviously their business plan not just incompetence. Some of the worst customer service, constantly getting the runaround. Impossible to speak with a supervisor. Really hard to have confidence in a company when you have to jump through hoops and navigate roadblocks to try to get your money back. it definitely leaves you with a lack of trust.

Dishonest, Lying, Cheating, Stealing Company. When I was speaking with the agent, I asked many times, "Is there a fee? What is your Cost". He kept telling me there was NO cost to purchasing gold / silver from them. He said "They buy it at a low and sell it at a high which is how they make their money. My experience with Equity Trust has always been top notch. Quick, professional & knowledgeable.
Not a lot to say they only let me log in one time. They wanted me to pay some fees, I gave them my credit card info, but they never charged the fees to my credit card. Now the web site will never let me log in anymore.
I contacted Equity regarding an email I received and did not understand what it was about. I knew it was about taxes but didn't quite understand what I was supposed to do if anything. I spoke with a lady who was so polite and professional. She assured me it was just a reminder that they would be be sending out their tax forms as they do every year. I had a good experience with the lady who took my call. She answered my questions to the best of her ability.
Your agent, Alex, was extremely efficient and answered my questions thoroughly. I needed to understand the spot, price and market value, etc., and she made sense of it all for me.
I think responding quicker to your clients with the issues they have also process requests in more of a timely manner communicate with your clients more.
Called to talk to someone and the lady that answered the phone on 1/13/2025 at 2:30 PM wqs just downright rude.
