I give them a biz ZERO for customer service. They held up funds of a wire transfer for 10 days. I complained and it got resolved but the result was a loss in profits to me due to the lag time. I would not recommend them ever again.... It was a wire, not a check. I think someone was asleep at the wheel.... Just last week I sent a wire from ***** **** ** ******* ****** and the wire was complete within 2 hours. Not happy about this and very frustrated...

Everything sounded good at first, after we got our quarterly report was much lower than we invested. Talked to the person in charge at Hartford Gold/ Equity Trust he stated that there was more than what was on the quarterly statement. The statement as of today still doesn't show the amount that he quoted over the phone. I asked to send a email but he said no just write it down. I feel they are being dishonest because Gold has increased in value since 10/2023 until 11/2024.

Company has many hidden fee's. I paid for 1 fee (which was exorbitant) to cancel, and was charged more on my credit card than what I agreed (under protest) to pay. NO statement-no notification-no receipt. I had to call to find out what the higher charge was, and only got an arrogant response from CS rep.

This once fine company is now horrible. IMPOSSIBLE to reach anybody by phone or email -- even for urgent matters. If you are an RIA looking for custody services, RUN to another provider. You'll thank me later. Thankfully, I kept most of my client assets with another custody firm in case something like this happened.

They were very good in answering all of the questions that I had and were good in getting the item shipped to me as promised I will do business with them again

The single worst experience I've ever had with custodial stock account holder. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I was billed and paid maintenance fees for years only to find out the account on file had zero value after 2017. I tried repeatedly to terminate the account. I sent letters, emails and made phone calls. Each time I got someone on the phone, it was like starting over again.
