Worst company to deal with. I wanted them to move my money into a ROTH and the never did it, but charged me for a ROTH account for an entire year. Their customer service is horrible, they don't answer their phone for a long time at times and then you get an overseas person and then they reroute you. They are not responsive, and they told me it was my fault that the ROTH never got funded because I didn't fill out the paperwork. I did not even know there was paperwork to fill out. This company has been terrible since joining. I so wish I had gone back to my previous company, DIRECTEDIRA. When you call you have to sift thru layers of people to find one who can help. Long hold times, many transfers of call, each person has a limited understanding of procedures so it take LONG times and multiple calls to get help. I am on hold right now to try to get help on something that was done incorrectly 3 days ago. They are so awful and no one cares.
