Equity Trust has unlocked the potential of my IRA (401K funds transferred), enabling me to purchase multiple single family and multifamily homes, which are rented and appreciating in value. What a great annuity style situation. Their online portal enables me to handle all real estate transactions and taxes, bills, rental income, etc.., very efficiently. There are also many other investment avenues that are available, along with training and specific legal forms required. Highly recommended!

Equity Trust has been very easy to work with. Their customer service is amazing, the respond quickly to emails and phone calls. There seems to be someone available immediately to answer questions either by email or on the phone. We have appreciated the prompt help with are complicated timeline.
