I decided to sell a property in my account. So very easy. I sent the info to them and the buyer's attorney. three weeks later I had my money in my account and two weeks later I had the original deed and other paperwork for my files. Simple and easy.

My Husband started this account years ago buying Gold and Silver. I got it in my divorce. It took them 3 months of the Gold and silver floating around in their system tons of phone call, everyone telling me something different. I finally had to send a threatening letter. Once in my account I tried to sell my assets. Silver bars just disappeared, I had to call them again and again they put those back in but took other silver bars out of my account. After about 10+ years with Equity Trust it was time to sell properties and close my account. Began the process in late August 2020. This became a tedious process that required repeated contact via email and by phone. Each form submittal followed with additional info requests. Then direction to do things on the website proved futile as the info boxes many times did not allow for the proper answer. They handle my transactions in a timely manner. If they have a problem they communicate it quickly so that I can resolve it. I have been using them for about 10 years and have been very pleased with their performance.

Equity Trust has unlocked the potential of my IRA (401K funds transferred), enabling me to purchase multiple single family and multifamily homes, which are rented and appreciating in value. What a great annuity style situation. Their online portal enables me to handle all real estate transactions and taxes, bills, rental income, etc.., very efficiently. There are also many other investment avenues that are available, along with training and specific legal forms required. Highly recommended!
