Equity Trust has been very easy to work with. Their customer service is amazing, the respond quickly to emails and phone calls. There seems to be someone available immediately to answer questions either by email or on the phone. We have appreciated the prompt help with are complicated timeline.

With only traditional IRAs in my portfolio, I wanted to follow my love for renovating houses and found self directed IRAs to be the solution to the Chloe needed while building my wealth. As a novice at self directed investments, Equity Trust could not have been more patient and supportive in helping me set up my account and navigate through my first property settlement transaction and on an ongoing basis paying contractors and the like.
