I opened a self-directed IRA with Equity Trust Company and couldn't be happier with their services. This is a bit of new experience for me so their experts were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions promptly and accurately. I recommend the gold level package - with the purchase of a couple houses out of my IRA, they have very quick to respond and were ready to wire the funds as soon as I let them know. It’s just over two months I am with Equity Trust. I recently purchase a property for a fix and flip, also, just completed renovation and getting ready to place it in the market. . Services and guidance provided throughout the process by Gold Level staff made this an extremely smooth transaction. Honestly, since this is all new to me and not knowing what to expect, I thought it would have been complicated.
