During Covid it has been VERY easy to contact a person to talk with. I'm so glad we chose ETC to be our custodian. You have made my first $500,000 transaction smooth with absolutely no problems. My attorney was also very impressed with the service I was given.

I have been an account holder with Equity Trust Company for over 10 years. For the most part, everything goes smoothly. Occasionally things get a little rough due to their internal struggles or the complexity of the transaction. But in the end, things are always worked out.
