The situation happened in February. Rented an suv, drove home, realized that it was very uncomfortable and didnt meet my expectations. Called an office, got an answer Yes, maam, we can change it for minivan FOR THE SAME PRICE. They did. Waited and fighter for my $300 deposit A MONTH! Finally got it. Today, October, 30 received a bill for $36.50. What it is?! Hate it! Also, theres no manager to talk to.

I think they are running a scam. Repair shop that we were using provided a rental car through this Enterprise location. I returned the rental car to the repair shop for pick-up by Enterprise. It was left in perfect condition. That evening we received notification that the car's front passenger bumper was damaged, hanging off the car. Enterprise filed a loss damage report with a claim against me/my insurance. I returned to Enterprise the next morning and took pictures of the passenger bumper hanging off and explained that I d... read more

Charged me $350 without notice for a "lost key." I have the freaking key. In fact they probably wouldn't even have known I had the key if I hadn't tried reaching out to them to see what I could do to get the key back to them. Trying to get on the phone with one of these people is like pulling teeth. Please avoid the *** Enterprise at ALL COST. It's a money drain. Anything they quote you online, it's like 2x that with all the taxes and other stuff they add in. Horrible business. I've tried talking to corporate and they all te... read more
