They were wonderful car was ready beautifully clean Great car it was a ****** Corolla 2021 we loved it we had to drive at 330 mi away and then back 330 mi all within a 24-hour period it drove fantastic no problem didn't even have to put much gas in it but people at Enterprise imagine was wonderful they were sweet and nice and patient I had a great experience I recommend them and I will be back!

I had a dumpster come through my passenger window while parked in my personal vehicle. I was standing at Enterprise in *********, ****, ******, full of glass and crying, when the manager *** refused to rent me a car because the credit card expiration being used to rent it was entered wrong in the system by the owner of the dumpster company. Even with Enterprise home office trying to help I was denied a car that day due to no fault of my own. The next day I rented a car for month with no problems from Enterprise. Went to 51F location on Stone Ave.... *** was amazing and extremely helpful. Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN A LONG TIME!!! I WILL BE RETURNING THANK U
