THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE. I reserved a rental, gave them all my information including address. I then called 6 times prior to going to the store to confirm everything that I would need and that I could pay using my debit card. I was told I could pay with my debit as long as I brought a credit card to have on file. I recently had surgery so am on crutches and had my daughter with me. I informed enterprise that I was only 20 years old and was in a car accident that insurance would not cover a rental car. I informed them of this when I called and they told me I could book a reservation and get a rental the next day. I am a college student and had to miss one of my classes to make it to the rental as well as drive 30 minutes to get there.
