My first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, and it was horrible ****** was fantastic. Cant say the same thing about the management purchased a 2021 ********** outlander and the car was in the shop the first week I had it something was wrong with the engine. Ended up taking longer than expected. The mechanic told me it would take half a day to fix what was wrong with the vehicle. but ended up taking a week finally get the car back and the brakes are grinding also had a crack in the windshield they said they had repaired but... read more

**************** non existent have a confirmation number to pick up a rental in ***** ********* get there no car but they surprisingly have a huge suv available higher rate gas guzzler. So whats the point in reserving a car? Asst ******* ******************* rude eye rolling while Im talking to him ******* ***************************** no better but says I can wait and see if a vehicle becomes available. Horrible customer service! The car showed check engine light while we were on the ***********. We stopped and called enterprise customer service. We were told it would take up to 8 hours for them to help us. There was nothing we could do but pray and keep driving. There were no apologies or financial restitution for the issue.

I RECENTLY HAD TO USE A RENTAL FROM ENTERPRISE AT *******************************************************************. I RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO MY KNOWLDEGE WITH NO ISSUES, DID NOT HAVE ANY ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE DURING THE 2 WEEKS I HAD THE ****** HAD TO DROP IT OFF AFTER HOURS, DUE TO TIME THEY CLOSE, FEW DAYS LATER I GET A CALL STATING THERE WAS A LOT OF DAMAGE TOTHE VEHICLE AND I WOULD BE LIABLE FOR IT, ASKED WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE AS I WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY, AGENT STATED HAIL DAMAGE.
