I unloaded the rental van and wasnt unloaded all the way. An Enterprise employee took it in the back and I believe my jewelry was either in the drink holder or he took it out of my car. I am very good about locking things up but they were closing. Even though I brought the vehicle back on time, they charged me an extra day. My jewelry wasnt worth much, but one pendant was the first necklace my husband ever bought me. It held great sentimental value.
Closing time of noon and my appointment was at noon, how can this be possible? Why would the system allow an appointment to be made when the location is closed? What's worse is enterprise folks inside watching me and unwilling to help with my appointment and reservation. 3 reservation specialists on the phone, love the way they only make reservations and could not help with my issue, could not locate an open facility except for ************* 80 miles away. Terrible! I had a reservation that was confirmed twice by myself and my employer. When I arrived to pick the rental up, they had given my rental to someone who arrived earlier and left me with a vehicle that would not accommodate my needs. So very upset!! They said since I was not there at 7:30 am to pick up the rental, they gave it away. I was told they open at 7:30 and arrived by 9 am. They didnt even try to call or contact me prior to giving the reservation to another party. Other than not charging me, they in no way trie... read more

Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional staff. Reservation is a joke. Corporate is non-existent.
They had no cars available at 8 am in ***********. Sent me to ****** location who had no cars available. They claimed it was the Area Managers idea, which was a total Lie. I still dont have a rental car and had to Uber home.
