I RECENTLY HAD TO USE A RENTAL FROM ENTERPRISE AT *******************************************************************. I RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO MY KNOWLDEGE WITH NO ISSUES, DID NOT HAVE ANY ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE DURING THE 2 WEEKS I HAD THE ****** HAD TO DROP IT OFF AFTER HOURS, DUE TO TIME THEY CLOSE, FEW DAYS LATER I GET A CALL STATING THERE WAS A LOT OF DAMAGE TOTHE VEHICLE AND I WOULD BE LIABLE FOR IT, ASKED WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE AS I WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY, AGENT STATED HAIL DAMAGE. Received horrible service from the Enterprise rental car location in western branch area of ********** **. (*********************************) Staff very rude unprofessional. I have never received any treatment like this from a well established company. Manager got made because we wouldnt take a banged up dirty torn interior vehicle that recked of cigarette smell. Closing time of noon and my appointment was at noon, how can this be possible? Why would the system allow an appointment to be made when the location is closed? What's worse is enterprise folks inside watching me and unwilling to help with my appointment and reservation. 3 reservation specialists on the phone, love the way they only make reservations and could not help with my issue, could not locate an open facility except for ************* 80 miles away. Even then, I was warned that management at that location might not be... read more

I unloaded the rental van and wasnt unloaded all the way. An Enterprise employee took it in the back and I believe my jewelry was either in the drink holder or he took it out of my car. I am very good about locking things up but they were closing. Even though I brought the vehicle back on time, they charged me an extra day. My jewelry wasnt worth much, but one pendant was the first necklace my husband ever bought me. It held great sentimental value.
