DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!! On 8/20/23, we arrived at the airport to pick up a rental car for a lifetime trip. My husband was told he was on a Do Not Rent list. He had no idea why he would be on a list and asked for further explanation. He was told because the insurance company did not pay the bill from a rental in 2019. Rented a vehicle at Enterprise in ************, ** from a gentleman by the name of ******. My experience was top notch with him. If we had customer service employees like that the world would be a better place. The vehicle was what I needed and the transition from beginning to end was 5 star treatment. Kudos to a job well done! ??

I recently rented a car from from Enterprise and was disappointed with the service. Despite making a reservation and paying for a specific model, I was provided a different car upon arrival. Worse, the car had mechanical issue and had cigarette smells in it. (We are non smoker and have an asthma) It's crucial for businesses to uphold their commitments to customers.We spoke with an enterprise agent on the phone who told us to drive to a different location which was 1hr 30min (Columbia airport). Very bad experience. We rented it for a intermediate side SUV. We got there, they gave ** a dodge full of smoke and said that they didnt have more. We stopped by the airport and the better alternative that they had was a mini Van and absolutely not what we had paid for. I dont recommend this company at all. Bad customer service, and the care for their care is so unacceptable. We mentioned that were asthmatic, and no change was done a shame and wouldnt recommend that at all
