Beware of renting from Enterprise. I regret renting from them. I rented a vehicle from them that had damage. I reported the damage to the attendant and was told not to worry and that I would not be blamed for the existing damage. After I returned the vehicle they filed a claim against me for the very damage I had pointed out before taking the vehicle. I disputed the claim but they will not drop it.

I was in a tough spot and needed a rental car while my car was in the shop got what I believed to be only for a week. That turned out to be almost two weeks and made my reservation online. Went the morning off to pick up my car and was given a car with transmission damage initially and they knew who wouldnt??? The brought it back and was forced in another one that wreaked of weed. Worse customer service ever! I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental in **************, ** around the 18th of September which i was told that the insurance would only cover 3 days so return it back on Friday. When we got there to return the vehicle, we were told that they could not change out the vehicle because there was no vehicles for that insurance price quote and there were no vehicles period to rent so keep what we has turn it in. I rented a vehicle at Enterprise in ****** ** Sep 5 the first car smelled horrible like smoke I called the office and I was told to call other stores and check if they had a seven seater I did I called the ************** location I went in and got another car in the morning the car had a flat tire I was told to take the car back because I was not allowed to drive on the spare tire I went back to the store I got a minivan I drove it home and I saw tht it had expired tags and registration I called lefts messages email and stil... read more

Rented this RAM truck from Enterprise on Bridgeport, ********. Very professional, helpfuland detailed oriented. ***************************** madethe experience of renting a truck the best! I would highly recommended Enterprise and Pemmaiah!
