We rented a car from enterprise July 31st, picked up that morning at the airport in ***....we walked to the car and on the windshield was a parking ticket...we took inside and told the man behind the counter we had not even touched the car yet ...he said he would take care of it, well WE just got billed for this parking ticket and they won't help us....never rent from these folks
Rented a car with bed bugs and they just switched cars n refunded my money but we I had to replace car seat stroller and my baby bag. The car was infested I have videos and photos to prove. Gold tier customer as well they didnt even offer us nothing!!! Manager wouldn't even return my call and they sent someone to get the infested car and they had to drive it without protection my family and baby all bitten up..

Went to pick up a car at the enterprise on **** and fallbrook. Had to wait till next day at 4pm to pick up. Gave me a VW Jetta with alot of dings and the oil check light on. Employee stated not to worry as they had just changed the oil and just forgot to reset it. I noticed oil on my brand new driveway, checked and it was coming out the car. Oil looked dark and dirty.
