Manager was an African-American with braided ponytails pulled back. I only mention that so you know who youre dealing with if you happen to be so unlucky to go into this agency, we rented a car two months prior check on this availability an hour and a half early they said it was being prepped when we got there myself in about a half a dozen other people were all very upset that their cars were not there. Would have been a great experience until now. I received a charge on my credit card for $88.83 after my car had been returned for over a week. After over 2 hours of phone calls it turns out I was charged for the tolls I had to drive in the car for my job. Now I initially thought these would have been covered by the insurance company because their driver was the one who hit me and required I get a rental during repairs. The absolute worst experience with a vendor in my entire 63 years! Not even in a third world country this disgusting service and outrageous behavior to clients can possibly happen! 100% racists too! She was very professional,courteous and she made sure that all my needs in a rental was met. I was very satisfied with my service. If I ever need a car I would go back to her again for a rental. Some idiot stole my sons rental car ********* and Im STILL ****** about it!!! Enterprise didnt warn him that these cars were being stolen at alarming rates!!! Had to file a claim against his insurance company!!! Seems criminal to me on the part of Enterprise!!! Didnt provide any form of added protection (steering wheel lock/club) to the vehicles to deter criminals! NOTHING!!! Then they tried to give him another ******* in return for the stolen one! Left us stranded for almost 7 hours rude employee, *************************. They did not come pick us up we had to pay someone to drive us 30 miles, 3 different locations before we found a representative that cared enough to get us in a car. *****. Waterpark day with the grand kids gone, 200 buck for someone to drive us around gone. Enterprise says we will give you 10% off.. what no apology no tell me about your experience so we can do better. Enterprise kept telling me one way was no problem but when I went to the office to get a car they said they couldn't do one ways. Not even from one large city to another. Enterprises ***** and I highly recommend you use someone else for your rental car needs.

I rented a minivan from Enterprise in ********************************************************************). The service was excellent, the car was clean and in very good condition. All contact with the staff was positive - they were professional and courteous. Overall, a very good experience - would use them again.
