Horrible. If I could put Zero stars I would. Customer service is trash if you can manage to actually get through to them. They sit and watch the phone ring. Ive been on the phone with corporate and everything nothing has been resolved. My rental was set for Monday. Its Friday they are now closed and I still dont have one.
Enterprise were very professional From the counter help ************************************************ and all the drivers provided me with excellent customer service they even took me to my destination which was above and beyond Thanks so much for the kindness it is well appreciated ***************** ??
What if I didnt make it down the highway ********************* to ******** **. Rented a car that had no brakes, bearing falling out. Cost me out of pocket funds for Kal tire inspection. Window was cracked down passenger side, bullseye rock chip drivers view spot. Tried to give car back twice was quite difficult. Only decent help I received was the gal on roadside who informed me to go to the **************** ( The shuttle was approached by airport staff, on our behalf, driver left my guy and I sitting there at night, In the ... read more
