I rented a vehicle at Enterprise in ****** ** Sep 5 the first car smelled horrible like smoke I called the office and I was told to call other stores and check if they had a seven seater I did I called the ************** location I went in and got another car in the morning the car had a flat tire I was told to take the car back because I was not allowed to drive on the spare tire I went back to the store I got a minivan I drove it home and I saw tht it had expired tags and registration I called lefts messages email and stil... read more

Rented a car with bed bugs and they just switched cars n refunded my money but we I had to replace car seat stroller and my baby bag. The car was infested I have videos and photos to prove. Gold tier customer as well they didnt even offer us nothing!!! Manager wouldn't even return my call and they sent someone to get the infested car and they had to drive it without protection my family and baby all bitten up..

Went to pick up a car at the enterprise on **** and fallbrook. Had to wait till next day at 4pm to pick up. Gave me a VW Jetta with alot of dings and the oil check light on. Employee stated not to worry as they had just changed the oil and just forgot to reset it. I noticed oil on my brand new driveway, checked and it was coming out the car. Oil looked dark and dirty. I called them for 20 mins to no answer. Called another Enterprise and they said they had no cars and to take it to *** boys. They told me there was no oil in t... read more

."Do not go to Enterprise if you have brown skin." Our ********* has a 6 year history of renting vehicles from Enterprise having rented at least 7 times from this SAME location. He had all his ID and some extra. We reserved this rental 30 days ahead. He met all the requirements, yet this Rep told him they need a utility **** in his name. Her attitude upon seeing him was a hateful glare and she was rude in the way she treated him. He went home got a phone bill, she then told him it was not a utility.
