Very bad experience. We rented it for a intermediate side SUV. We got there, they gave ** a dodge full of smoke and said that they didnt have more. We stopped by the airport and the better alternative that they had was a mini Van and absolutely not what we had paid for. I dont recommend this company at all. Bad customer service, and the care for their care is so unacceptable. We mentioned that were asthmatic, and no change was done a shame and wouldnt recommend that at all

I reserved/booked a vehicle rental for 1 week. The next day I received confirmation of that reservation yet when I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up the vehicle, I was told they have no vehicle for me and would call me if one became available. I explained that I needed a car and they still refused to provide me with a vehicle to drive. I recently rented a car from from Enterprise and was disappointed with the service. Despite making a reservation and paying for a specific model, I was provided a different car upon arrival. Worse, the car had mechanical issue and had cigarette smells in it. (We are non smoker and have an asthma) It's crucial for businesses to uphold their commitments to customers.We spoke with an enterprise agent on the phone who told us to drive to a different location which was 1hr 30min (Columbia airport). If I **uld leave negative stars I would. We rented a car in ********* and while driving on the highway the tire blew out. Not because we ran over anything but it came apart at the seams! We luckily pulled over to the side were f the road. Called enterprise and they would not send anytime out to pick us up as we were on the side of the highway and would only send one if we were in the city. Then they said a tow truck probably wouldnt be there for 4-6 hours and no guarantee we **uld ride into town with him. So yes leave us on ... read more

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ALWAYS have an issue when trying to rent from them. Reservations are placed well in advance but when you arrive to pick up your rental its not ready, or hasn't been returned yet, or THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. The hours of operation change overnight. I had instances where staff has left early leaving me with no vehicle, my reserved car has been given away, told that class of car that I reserved was initially showing available online but now is not actually at the location.
