Terrible customer service. They have my last name wrong in their system and refuse to update it after I requested them to correct it. I was told by the manager of the ********* branch that there is nothing they can do because their employee entered it into the system wrong and it can't be changed. I receive emails with the wrong name and when I checked in to pick up my car, the employee referred to me with the wrong name. Terrible.

I rented a car through my insurance and this has been hands down, the worst experience ever! The Enterprise that I rented the car from in ******, ** actually rented a car that BROKE DOWN on me (twice) and then left my reservation open to collect additional money from my insurance company and me. Pretty sure that's considered FRAUD in the U.S?! In addition to awful vehicles, their customer service is the actual WORST. I rented a vehicle from this location ************************************************ Dec 2021. The Manager of this location did not ask for my credit card at the time of rental. There was a parts shortage taking place all over the world so my vehicle was in the shop for 2 1/2 months until the shop received the parts. Insurance only covered 30 days, enterprise knew this I knew as well; however, during the time of rental; New Year's Eve and New Year holiday approached. Terrible, dishonest, say they're going to refund your deposit and then they don't or they refund a little bit . unlike what they said they would refund terrible cars had to return one it had a flat tire and it would go all over the road the steering wheel was so loose. Got a second car that was better. Then 7 days later I had covid so who knows how clean the car was to begin with the two cars. Awful experience will never do it again!

Wasn't too impressed to say the least. The management if you want to call it that is ran by a bunch of kids. No greeting kind of seemed like I might have "interrupted something"going on in the back room between 2 employees. Seemed like they were lost. I did enjoy the Grand Jeep Cherokee nice ride for being my mobile office until it died in my driveway. I rented a car as mine was getting fixed. They first tried to get me in a car with 3 inches of standing water. They said oh almost have you the wrong car, this one is here for repair! Then the next car they gave me had the floor of the drivers side all torn the passenger door had a huge burn **** on it then the front windshield was completely cracked. liar thieves state farm was supposed to be responsible for the whole thing and I had nothing to do with the coast.They asked for 100$ deposit but they took 117.47$ and wanted to return only 100$.After I complained they said you demanded a better car which was ******** got vocal about it. ****** ******* backed down and said they will return the remainder. anyway, my advise? don't take car. ask for a ride from the shop to your home and back. don't give them your bank card. they are thieves and they know it. nasty people they k... read more

ON AUGUST 15TH, 2022 I WAS SCHEDULED TO RETURN A RENTAL TO THE ************ ENTERPRISE BY 8PM. I HAD SPOKEN WITH THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED I HAD FAMILY EMERGENCY IN **** CAUSING THE DELAYED RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT I HAD RENTED HUNDREDS OF TIMES FROM ENTERPRISE WITH NO HICKUPS FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL. THE MANAGER CONTACTED ME AND GAVE ME A TIME TO HAVE THE VEHICLE RETURNED AND I AGREED. Members plus is a joke! I've rented 3 cars that wasn't added to my points for ************ program. And now that I contact them on this issue the only thing they tell me is sorry and rent more vehicles... Also they never have anything that you acquired for available for your pickup. This place is a joke!
