A ****** Murano was handed over without being cleaned. Animal fur covered the seats, dirt everywhere, and the smell of smoke plus whatever they sprayed to cover it up was unbearable. They promote a complete clean, the *******, ** location on ************. did not even try. Do not rent from them.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ALWAYS have an issue when trying to rent from them. Reservations are placed well in advance but when you arrive to pick up your rental its not ready, or hasn't been returned yet, or THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. The hours of operation change overnight. I had instances where staff has left early leaving me with no vehicle, my reserved car has been given away, told that class of car that I reserved was initially showing available online but now is not actually at the location. I began my rental in late August 2023 from Enterprise **** ************** in *************** ** after my daughter was in a car accident. My insurance company had a contract with them for lower rates and fixed amount for deposits. Before I got the car I called to confirm the ************ Immediately attempted to ***** me for more money. I immediately called my State Farm agent who then in turn contacted corporate. Beware of renting from Enterprise. I regret renting from them. I rented a vehicle from them that had damage. I reported the damage to the attendant and was told not to worry and that I would not be blamed for the existing damage. After I returned the vehicle they filed a claim against me for the very damage I had pointed out before taking the vehicle. I disputed the claim but they will not drop it.
