Rented a car with bed bugs and they just switched cars n refunded my money but we I had to replace car seat stroller and my baby bag. The car was infested I have videos and photos to prove. Gold tier customer as well they didnt even offer us nothing!!! Manager wouldn't even return my call and they sent someone to get the infested car and they had to drive it without protection my family and baby all bitten up..

so where to start..we rented a vehicle from enterprise short of the long story we had issues with the tire and called support they refused to do anything other put on a spare tire, which then they wanted us to drive at highway speeds for ************************************************ killed they would pay medical bills or pay for wrongful death. but till that point they wouldn't do anything to help, they stated i can fix the vehicle. and told us it was our problem from their, they tried blaming us for additional damage tha... read more

Horrible. If I could put Zero stars I would. Customer service is trash if you can manage to actually get through to them. They sit and watch the phone ring. Ive been on the phone with corporate and everything nothing has been resolved. My rental was set for Monday. Its Friday they are now closed and I still dont have one.
