They had no cars available at 8 am in ***********. Sent me to ****** location who had no cars available. They claimed it was the Area Managers idea, which was a total Lie. I still dont have a rental car and had to Uber home.

Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional staff. Reservation is a joke. Corporate is non-existent.

Very bad experience. I have confirmation number etc. I had to call 2 times and sit on hold just to be hung up on. The 3rd time someone answered and when I complained about how hard it is to get hold of anyone I was hung up on by them. They were very rude. I will never ever conduct business with them. I would rather walk which I am going to have to do.

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!! On 8/20/23, we arrived at the airport to pick up a rental car for a lifetime trip. My husband was told he was on a Do Not Rent list. He had no idea why he would be on a list and asked for further explanation. He was told because the insurance company did not pay the bill from a rental in 2019. My husband rented a vehicle in 2019 to use while his car was being repaired as the result of an accident.
