Would provide a below zero rating if I could. Enterprise in ******, **** perimeter loop location left me in without a car on Oct. 10, 2023. My car would not start. Called Enterprise at 11:30 to reserve a car. Told I had one and given a confirmation # to pick up around 1:30 On way to pick up got a call from manager ******** so say no car available, but a minivan was available. I responded I was not pleased but would check it out. Three minutes later (as I was on Perimeter Drive) arrived at location and was told mini van gone ... read more

Second time very bad experience. I reserved a large SUV, on purpose, I was offered the size of a Chevrolet TAHO, no less. 5 people and a lots of things, suitcases, the drive would take 8-9 hours. They confirmed it by phone, when I came to pick it up, they offered me a car that was half the size, they offered to fold down the rear seats, or to get a pick up truck. I am not a construction guy. Of course I refused. I have never seen a worse company.

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE. I reserved a rental, gave them all my information including address. I then called 6 times prior to going to the store to confirm everything that I would need and that I could pay using my debit card. I was told I could pay with my debit as long as I brought a credit card to have on file. I recently had surgery so am on crutches and had my daughter with me. I used a taxi service to get to the location to pick up the rental. Upon arrival was told they could not rent a vehicle to me because of whe... read more
