Enterprise (**********, **) was the absolute worst rental car experience ive ever had! I provided a certified confirmation number and was told basically to kick rocks by **************** and by **********************, **************. Almost ruined a trip to ************ for my grandkids! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!However i can say that Enterprise, ****** ** went above and beyond to assist me.
Had confirmation from Enterprise for rental car while primary vehicle being repaired from ******** with deer. ***************** had made arrangements, had claim number and verfied reservation from Enterprise on *******************., **********, **. Received Enterprise reservation five days in advance of scheduled pick-up date @ 8:15am. Upon arriving on pick-up date, advised no vehicle available but could upgrade us at our cost of $17+ per day.
