I rented a car from the *************** SEVERAL years ago. While I was getting on off the exit to return the car, a rock hit the windshield from the semi in front of me. I immediately called them and let them know, and I contacted Safelite repairs as well which quoted me about $250 to fix, but they needed enterprises approval. If I can put 0 stars I would, Im very disappointed in Enterprise car rental, I rented a minivan 3 weeks ago and today they tell me the windshield is cracked and its not possible for it to be fixed today.

Tried getting a standard suv, called a week before I needed it, non English speaking customer service agent did not put it in. Ended up w a small suv, 3 years old with 70k miles!!!! Car reaked of cigarette smoke! I guess times have changed when it comes to car rentals ** I at least expected to have a car with less miles and newer

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Drove an hour to get a car because mine was in a wreck. No car. I know multiple people this has happened to with this horrible garbage company. They're lucky I'm not the one paying or I wouldn't be using them. Will never use them if I need a car I am paying for. Do not recommend them.
