I reserved/booked a vehicle rental for 1 week. The next day I received confirmation of that reservation yet when I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up the vehicle, I was told they have no vehicle for me and would call me if one became available. I explained that I needed a car and they still refused to provide me with a vehicle to drive. Very bad experience. We rented it for a intermediate side SUV. We got there, they gave ** a dodge full of smoke and said that they didnt have more. We stopped by the airport and the better alternative that they had was a mini Van and absolutely not what we had paid for. I dont recommend this company at all. Bad customer service, and the care for their care is so unacceptable. We mentioned that were asthmatic, and no change was done a shame and wouldnt recommend that at all

If I **uld leave negative stars I would. We rented a car in ********* and while driving on the highway the tire blew out. Not because we ran over anything but it came apart at the seams! We luckily pulled over to the side were f the road. Called enterprise and they would not send anytime out to pick us up as we were on the side of the highway and would only send one if we were in the city. Then they said a tow truck probably wouldnt be there for 4-6 hours and no guarantee we **uld ride into town with him. So yes leave us on ... read more

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ALWAYS have an issue when trying to rent from them. Reservations are placed well in advance but when you arrive to pick up your rental its not ready, or hasn't been returned yet, or THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. The hours of operation change overnight. I had instances where staff has left early leaving me with no vehicle, my reserved car has been given away, told that class of car that I reserved was initially showing available online but now is not actually at the location. A ****** Murano was handed over without being cleaned. Animal fur covered the seats, dirt everywhere, and the smell of smoke plus whatever they sprayed to cover it up was unbearable. They promote a complete clean, the *******, ** location on ************. did not even try. Do not rent from them.

Beware of renting from Enterprise. I regret renting from them. I rented a vehicle from them that had damage. I reported the damage to the attendant and was told not to worry and that I would not be blamed for the existing damage. After I returned the vehicle they filed a claim against me for the very damage I had pointed out before taking the vehicle. I disputed the claim but they will not drop it.

I began my rental in late August 2023 from Enterprise **** ************** in *************** ** after my daughter was in a car accident. My insurance company had a contract with them for lower rates and fixed amount for deposits. I was in a tough spot and needed a rental car while my car was in the shop got what I believed to be only for a week. That turned out to be almost two weeks and made my reservation online. Went the morning off to pick up my car and was given a car with transmission damage initially and they knew who wouldnt??? The brought it back and was forced in another one that wreaked of weed. Worse customer service ever! I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental in **************, ** around the 18th of September which i was told that the insurance would only cover 3 days so return it back on Friday. When we got there to return the vehicle, we were told that they could not change out the vehicle because there was no vehicles for that insurance price quote and there were no vehicles period to rent so keep what we has turn it in.
