We got a car from the BRANDON FLORIDA LOCATION 110 US-301 N TAMPA, FL 33619 that smelt like smoke, so bad it would take your breath away. I made them and corporate aware of the situation and they told us that they can't help it that people smoke in the cars. Well, we don't smoke and we don't and shouldn't been given a car that smells like weed horribly. I was unable to move the front passenger seat back and forth, and I reported the problem & they were unable to fix. Also, that car didn't even have blind spot sensor. That is very basic safety requirement. After several calls, got a replacement car. It had a mileage of about 34K, but that was smelling bad. But there were no options for me other than taking that car. I won't recommend Enterprise.

Always used enterprise until in macarthur airport landed on time got right to enterprise where had reservation no one behind counter after waiting fifteenomutrs Avis nice person found her have dinner in shop right there gets her to counter now it's 40 minutes now dark out ,get outside if weren't for person there. Who knew lot would never found car,Now use Avis ,

I have been a customer with enterprise for the past three months, and I have to say that they have the most outstanding customer service with the kindest, helpful people. Every time I book or return with enterprise Ms. Kiara Crawford, has been very proficient and knowledgeable with assisting me making my visits quick, and easy maintaining a smile. I highly recommend everyone to book with the store in Bainbridge, customer service is very helpful and fast. I would rate my experience so far a 10/10.

The worst service ever man my wife was told to bring a rental back that was issued by insurance company because it had to go in for recall service got to the location and they try to put my wife in another car that looked like it was in a front end collision with a stench of cigarettes smoke and burn holes in the seat this car was truly beat to death when my wife stated that this was unacceptable the manager (Alexis Williams)came out and refused to put her in anything else if you have to deal with this location run as far as... read more

Reservation for 2 months. To get there at the scheduled time and to be told they did not have the car we reserved it may be sometime that day or the next day before one MAY be available. Had to take my business else where. Not the first time this has happened but it will be may last here.

Using A natural herbal remedy was what got me tested negative for HSV 2 after being diagnosed for years. I have spent so much funds on medications like acyclovir (Zovirax), Acyclovir (Famvir), and Valacyclovir (Valtrex). But it was all a waste of time and my symptoms got worse.
