Enterprise in ******** ** is the worst. **************** and management is non existent. I had a rental car from 4/16/23 to 5/16/23 to go out of town for business. While out of town I received three calls from the ********* ** rental location asking me to return the car, the first call they said they sold the car and needed me to return it immediately. Told me my card was declined but the charges went through. Even with my bank on the line they told me it didnt matter. They said they could try and void the sale and run it again. When they voided the sale nothing happened. This was on a Monday at 9am. So I ended up stranded 30 miles from my home with no rental and almost $900 on hold. The money was held for the full 5 days so I was unable to get another rental, or flight to go down to visit my father in the hospital. I rented a car through my insurance and this has been hands down, the worst experience ever! The Enterprise that I rented the car from in ******, ** actually rented a car that BROKE DOWN on me (twice) and then left my reservation open to collect additional money from my insurance company and me. Pretty sure that's considered FRAUD in the U.S?! In addition to awful vehicles, their customer service is the actual WORST. I had two people actually HANG UP ON ME, while the employees at the local offices in ****** never answered th... read more

Terrible customer service. They have my last name wrong in their system and refuse to update it after I requested them to correct it. I was told by the manager of the ********* branch that there is nothing they can do because their employee entered it into the system wrong and it can't be changed. I receive emails with the wrong name and when I checked in to pick up my car, the employee referred to me with the wrong name. Terrible.
