Were reckless with my credit card and whom ever had the rental car after me must have went through tolls in *** and it hit off that license plate that still had my card attached to it. Both reps at the customer service numbers (not the local location, they were nice) didnt seem too concerned and one flat out did not believe me that I did not do it, the other promised theyd investigate it and call me back within a day. Absolutely horrible counter experience. Husband and I are traveling for funeral and found out due to covid funeral home will not be providing transportation services for family. We rented with enterprise before so figured this would be a breeze. i reserved a car to pick up on Friday 2/11/22, A confirmed reservation number was received . I received a phone call from an Enterprise employee on 2/11 at ;7::00 am telling me that they wont have anything available for me. I asked if they could check with other nearby locations to see if they will have anything. He said they don't have the capability to check, I asked if he can call any of the locations. he told me to call. This is beyond unprofessional.

I rented with enterprise in ******** through insurance because i had got into an accident. When my insurance said they'd stop paying for it, i was told by ***** that i could renew a contract. In my ears, i thought i'd be paying for that night and the next night. so i went home with the car and they called me the next day after work and everything and told me that i stole the car, put me on a do not rent list and had my daughter and i standing in the cold waiting for a ride. ********* the assistant manager has zero customer s... read more

We rented a very nice truck from Enterprise in *******, ****. They told ** the truck was for sale and if we were interested in purchasing it, we would have to take it to the ********** Location for a price appraisal. We did this and the person there said this one is not for sale but we have one in ********** that they could ship over for us to look at. I don't have enough words to express how bad everyone is at this location. We had a rental car for over two months payed to them directly through *************** They gave us a pick up truck when we payed for our vehicle over 100k less than two months ago. *******, manager is the rudest person. He deserves to be fired (I'm hiring an attorney, calling BBB & contacting corporate) and shouldn't be dealing with customers. They were late with my car even though they called me to confirm it. I had appointments that day. They caused me miss the first one because they said the car was being cleaned. When I get behind the wheel of the car the windows are filthy. The car smelled so heavy with perfume I had to roll the windows just to breathe. The people were rude. I mean the car wasn't clean. So may I ask why they were late? Punctuality is definitely part of good customer service. Sadly disappointed and frustrated. I guess they all show up for work... read more

Absolutely horrific experience when traveling abroad. I tried to rent a car through my points as a gold member and called customer service from *********. She said I was out of state so no possible way to help me and then she hung up. I chose ***** shortly after and got all the help I needed. Very disappointed at enterprise. Extremely short and rude lady on the phone. Acted like I ruined her day for calling to ask about using points.

I had booked a car for Enterprise-Rent a car on Dec 24, 2021, the booking was confirmed, I had planned a trip to ******** with family and friends. I went specially from ****** to ********* to pick up the vehicle and to my surprise I got an answer that there is no car available even when we had the booking, the responsible person asked me that they have no car and all bookings stand cancelled, there was no intimation from Enterprise and they informed me that there are no cars only when I went to them to pick up the vehicle.
