I would like to start by saying i really did love Enterprise, but after my last experience at *** airport, i will never rent with them again. I rented a vehicle for the weekend while i had my personal vehicle in the shop. Unfortunately, my vehicle needed some work done and i had to keep extending the rental. I called EZ Pass regarding my transponder and was someone else had their transponder on the vehicle. I was informed by their local office that they were awaiting a call back from the previous person who used the vehicle. I called the Enterprise citation department and was informed that I have to use their tag by plate which is $12 and a fee each time I go over the ************. Why I pay $12 each time when I have an Hatem only transponder for $20 a year. This is Enterprise taking advantage of customers.

Enterprise car rental does not support their recorded credo/ motto of having clean and sanitized vehicles. Rented two years in row and both times the vans were filthy! Photos substantiate the grievance. It has been almost 10 days since the dirt pile was returned and still no reply from enterprise. This is Covid time, the rentals can at least be cleaned for renters. Will seek an attorney for my inconveniences.

The worst experience ever. This place is NOT to be trusted . This is the enterprise location in ****** ** on ******************* . Im Very disappointed . They told me 1 fee charge upfront and then it was something different when the vehicle was returned . They charge your credit card fees WITHOUT telling you first . I WILL NEVER go back to this place. I WENT INTO ENTERPRISE CAR SALES WITH A TRADE IN AND WHAT HAPPEN NEXT WAS THE WORSE TREAMENT EVER. FIRST MY TRADE WAS EXCEPTED AND AFTER UP TO 7 HOURS OF THIS VISIT I WAS SIGHNING PAPERS FOR THE CHOICE OF CAR AND THE TRADE OF MY CAR. THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED WAS UNBELIEVABLE BECAUSE I STILL HAD A BALANCE ON MY TRADE IN. I ASK AT LEAST A DOZEN TIMES OR MORE WITH 2 WITNESSES NEXT TO ME IF THAT MONTHY PAYMENT INCLUDED THE TRADE IN I WAS REASSURRED A NUMBER OF TIMES IT WAS. The cars are good, the staff is nice enough, the accident policy is a scam. A no fault accident is equal to full payment of repair. No way out unless you pay a 25$ a day premium which equals to 750 per month premium. Scam scam scam.

Enterprise has always been great! I travel for work, everything is booked through a travel agency. For some reason they booked my car through Hertz which was horrible. ***** would not let me rent the care even though it was reserved and on the company card they would not take my card. ***** wanted a ****** deposit which was ok, but they wanted to run a credit check. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Reserved a van 2 MONTHS in advance for a 10-day vacation. Were called just a few days before and told "We are sorry but we don't have a vehicle for you." We spoke to the branch manager who gave NO solution, NO option and was not willing to get us 2 SUVs for the price of the van to compensate for the TERRIBLE SITUATION THEY CAUSED.What is the point of reserving something if it's not available?
