I rented a car 24 hours before picking it up, I called 30 minutes before arriving to confirm that they had my vehicle, when I arrived, they did not have any vehicles, except a truck that would cost a lot more money than the economy size I rented, when I asked them if they would give me the same price as what I rented, they told me they would not rent it to me and asked me to leave. What type of business treats their customers like this? Horrible service from the manager of ********, ****** enterprise car rental.

This has been a very aggravating and stressful experience for me. Each employee at ******* Park, ******** that you talk to tells you something different. I needed to rent a car but did not know for how long since mine was at the dealer for repairs. It was not an insurance claim so I had to pay out of pocket. I estimated for 27 days and got a discount through ******* Was a very good deal so I thought. Rented a new 2023 suv only to smell oil burning on the very first day. Called Enterprise only to say the car is fine they apparently did not reset the oil light when changed. Smelled the same thing again that afternoon. Called them again only to be told we could take and exchange it out if we were not comfortable. Get in ******* heading home and the low oil light comes on. Call Enterprise only for the guy to say it is all tied in together the reset light and the low oil light. I rented a ****** Pathfinder from the *********************** location on Friday. Took the car and it would not start. It was 95 degrees and I was stuck on the side of the road with a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I called Enterprise and they transferred me to their Roadside Assistance. They told me up to an hour for a truck to come give me a jump. 60 minutes passes. I call again and they tell me 15 more minutes. They also told me there is a $55 service charge. 20 more minutes passes. I call again and they tell me at least 90... read more
