Enterprise as a fraud. I booked a car from them continuously for over a year + rentals for work. They blocked my Enterprise Plus Platinum account without being able to give me a reason when I called them. My account has nearly **** unused reward points. If you rent from them and collect points, you may end ** in the same situation. @Enterprise, is this how you treat your platinum members? Too bad I can't give a 0 star rating or - rating!
Place is a joke. Reserved a mid size suv on line.l. Pick up time was nine .. the manager called me at 945. I said my wife was getting a ride there and would be there with in ten min .. well when she got there not even ten min later they said they gave the car away. Total s*** move. Then when staff was confronted they couldnt care less. Employees are horrible. How can u have some one get picked up and drive 40 min then get dropped off and not have a car for them. What kind of bussiness model is this.
What a sham of a company. I trusted them with our travel needs traveling for Christmas to visit our Family in *******. I rented a vehicle for 5 days for our stay in the Sun City. On the afternoon of our return to ***********, we found out our flight had been cancelled and there were no return flights available for 5 days. Wonder how many holidays have been ruined by Enterprise car rental ? I reserved a car 11/23 , a month ago, for pick up today .Enterprise even called yesterday to reconfirm and I said yes This morning at 9am , I show up to pick up car for long road trip No car !!!! My fiancé made a reservation for a large SUV to be picked up on the evening of 12/22. This was confirmed by a male employee over the phone; large SUV 12/22 – 12/27. Well, upon calling to confirm pick up on the afternoon of 12/22, she was told the reservation is for “12/23, and a small compact”. Therefore, their inept employee already f-ed up. Thanks for renting me an un-register car and got a citation due to driving an un-register car. Hey, ALL please make sure your rental has a registered license. DO NOT assume such this big company did their responsibility. I was provided a car to use through a local auto mechanic from this enterprise. I had returned the car per instructions to the auto shop (enterprise would pick it up). Someone (likely a enterprise employee or a auto shop employee) proceeded to get a red light ticket after I had dropped of the car. I have a receipt when I picked up my personal car from the auto mechanic and was at work when the ticket took place. Always over booked. Agreement had an 8am pickup. At 12p the car still is not available. I booked this 2-weeks in advance, and they still cannot provide a car for me? Now I miss all meetings scheduled at the location I was trying to get to and waste an entire day dealing with a corrupt company. Step up BBB.........The government needs to step in just like they did with airlines. There should be laws in place to prevent such business practices.
