He then called back at 2:00 and cancelled our reservation as Van was no longer available Anywhere in the tristate area . Van might be available later next week.

This company is very unprofessional. The company has gone down hill and they now rent cars that are damaged, which they attempt to charge you for. I am currently considering seeking legal representation. First i rented a car from the ******** location, i traded it in for a different vehicle because there was sticky dried stuff on the steering wheel and the seats looked dusty. The car was given to me one notch above E. I put gas in that car and then traded it in at ********** for a different car. This time the car had scratch... read more
They are closed on Sunday and Monday. I was told I would have to pay for those days since I could not return by Saturday at 5:30. The car was for a Saturday wedding.Rip off and worst of the car rental companies. Reported them to the states Attorney General and AMEX
