Awful experience. I need someone to get back to me. I originally asked to rent a Rav4 from your site. I get there and the young man offers me minivan. Why on earth did you let me select a suv if there is no availability for a suv ? Why do you make false promises to your customers? You don't even offer the product on your site how unprofessional. And then I needed to get a swap because of an accident. I hope you guys also waste your vacation time trying to get a rental back. I cannot believe i wasted so much time and effort. ... read more

just want people to know that when you feel safe renting from this company that they will pulled over in a stolen car ?? issue out, and you will be pulled over by the police ?? /shaiff department and you will get victimized on behalf enterprise by the police by! enterprise rental car and they will not give you any heads up the day of you getting foxtroted! And then they will not communicate with local police enforcement thank you ****** ******for having a heart and compassion ?? I love the blue for understanding my situation... read more

My car broke down on me in *********** and my Chysler Extended Warranty stated I had to rent a Chrysler product from Enterprise to get reimbursement. I went online and there were no options for Chrysler products. I then tried to call Enterprise and no one would ever answer the phone. After several hours I gave up. This appears to be an awful company to deal with and a very poor requirement by Chrysler.

I purchased a vehicle and it seem to electrical issues so asked them to service the vehicle before purchasing and they agreed to send it to the dealership the dealership only rest the car and this Friday it cut off on the freeway while driving the battery would not turn over and the key was not detected

Called on line rental, quoted close to $500. Per week, on line quote is $399. Per week + fees and we take vehicle back after a week and it's $810. And they said to bad we don't honor on online prices if you talk to a person at all.Will never rent there again.

My only option is a bad review due to not getting a call back. I have attempted to speak to a manager over 4 times with hold times over 25 mins each time and no resolve. Charged me an unauthorized 465$ for a rental I was given during a insurance claim after a associate who gave me the vehicle informed me I would be charged no more than 98$ if I kept the upgraded vehicle for the full 30 days of possible repair time. My car was in an accident and I had to go to enterprise thru the other person insurance. They were paying for a specific price all while Enterprise not having that specific price range car available for me, they was charging me all along when I didn't know it. I asked the manager *** all this time was he changing the price and he kept saying yes but at the end of my 7 long months in a rental paying for my personal car note and insurance I got charged over $1000. oh and they gave me 2 rentals with no gas and still charged me ... read more

********* ******** canceled my flight On Dec 26, then my rescheduled flight on Dec 29 was canceled. On Dec 26, ***** quoted a price of $171. I decided to wait but found out the next morning my Dec 29 flight was canceled too. I tried on line Enterprise on Dec. 27 to rent a car. They quoted me $504 per day. Price gouging! Shameful! My friend drove 9 hours to pick me up And take me home. Enterprise took advantage of stranded people.

Enterprise's business model is to list that all cars are available all of the time even when they have none. I was just caught up in the Southwest Airlines weather cancellations where about 2/3 of the flights were cancelled. Of course, after us searching for a long time to find the closest Enterprise to our hotel (that we were being bussed to, by an out of service Houston city bus because there were so many people stranded in the airport), Enterprise sent us a confirmation for our rental car.
