They did an unauthorized charge on my card. I was sent to them by state farm through an insurance claim. My car was hit by one of state farm customers. I paid the deposit for the rental. However, when it was time to pick my actual car up from the shop, the shop called me and said it was delayed. So I had to keep the rental additional days until my car was ready. If I could give a 0 star I would. The Enterprise located in **********, ******* at ************************************************************** is terrible. There is no reason why a customer should have to wait TWO hours on a vehicle when prior reservation was confirmed. This has ruined my travel day and I will not be using them again. Others in the ********** area, STAY AWAY.
This company is scamming people out of money by telling them their insurance will pay for rental but they have to pay the taxes on the rental. They are then giving the customer a more expensive car than their insurance will pay for and charging them for the upgrade. They sent me paperwork for one price then sent my insurance another price. Never did they ask me if I wanted an upgrade.
