Many of us only leave reviews when we are angry about a problem but I recently had an excellent experience with Enterprise in *****, **. I also had a positive experience at ************, **.We arrived at the *********** with a reservation for a car from NU. You can read their reviews yourself but they left us stranded by doubling our price with a "mandatory" insurance charge which is not mandatory (by the state, as they claimed). On September 1, 2023 I went to the enterprise location at ******************************** to use the free rental that the manager Deardis had given me when he was at another location, but told me I had to use it at his current location. Before I tried to use it on the 1st I ran into him as I was returning another vehicle and asked him was the 1 free day still good and he said yes and nothing else. When I attempted to use it, the employee at the counter called him to verify that everything was correct and good to go for the ... read more

They did an unauthorized charge on my card. I was sent to them by state farm through an insurance claim. My car was hit by one of state farm customers. I paid the deposit for the rental. However, when it was time to pick my actual car up from the shop, the shop called me and said it was delayed. So I had to keep the rental additional days until my car was ready. Finally, I was able to pick my car up and give the rental back. A few days later, I find out that enterprise charged my credit card $468.00 for the extra days I had ... read more

The worst experience I ever had was renting from **** manager of the ********* ** location. We had a car reserved for over a week. Called the day before picking it up and was told it was all good. The day we were getting it 2 hrs before our pickup she calls RUDE as can be telling us we are not getting a car they dont have any. She REFUSED to help was so disgusting on a recorded line. So we ended up having to rent thru hertz cost 291 more due to same day rental. I forgot to add in after she refused to help and told us there w... read more
