We have done business with two Enterprise in both ******** ** locations and lake city . To start off this was in insurance claim from our personal insurance, when the first car was supposed to be reserved, we never got the car because someone else looked at it . Upon arrival we were asked to put a 300 dollar hold from an insurance claim outrageous, when those charges are only 50 dollars. Get to lake city location rents out the car and we have the 5 day protection plan. After the 5 day charge . The charges were still ongoing ... read more

***** at the Albuquerque airport was great. He and the experience was very smooth. ***** was very professional, knowledgeable, yet he had a great personality. The fob battery went out a few miles after we picked up the car. I called in, & they allowed us to just replace the battery rather than switch vehicles. They reimbursed us for the battery. I will use Enterprise again.

They are a terrible company.. They are holding me responsible for a damage to their car when I already had surrendered my keys. Since I am disputing the damage that took place after I surrenderd the keys, they are going to blacklist me from renting a car from Enterprise again. Avoid renting from Enterprise.

Had a veteran reservation for a midsize car, got a call 5 min before picking up my car for a 10 hr trip from Virginia to Florida...said, sorry we don't have any cars available. We show up to the employee stating that the car they were supposed to get in didn't come and he has to deal with "disgusted customers". I ask for his manager and I get the excuse he had to stay up late with his kids and is sleeping in. I'm like what?! We are gold/platinum members and have spent thousands in the last 2 years with Enterprise. We have always had issues but they are the closest rental company to my business which is why we used them so often. We have always used our business card to reserve and pay for the rentals because it is business expense. My husband flew 1200 miles to North Dakota and they refused to accept our business card WHICH HE TALKED TO THEM THE DAY BEFORE AND THEY SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM. January 17, 2023 - I went to pick up my rental which was some type of crossover. There was a very articulated and frankly, strange representative, who immediately told me I had been upgraded to a brand new red jeep. The whole thing seemed rush and off putting. He brought me to the jeep, didn't tell me anything about damage and didn't comment on the large amount of very small rock chips on the front windshield. You listen to the Enterprise ads "We'll pick you up ". You listen to this on the phone when you are on hold with Enterprise " We'll treat you like family", "We'll go the extra distance for our customers", AND "We'll pick you up".Today- I needed a car and 2 Enterprise facilities said my repair shop wasn't in their coverage area. The latest Enterprise facility said I would have to drive 14 miles (27 minutes) in a direction opposite from the repair shop to get the rental car because I am "too far away". Enterprise in Freehold on Thormorton Lane has the worst customer service group, they were rude, and not helpful at all. I had a reservation for a rental to pick up my car at this location at 3:30 pm, to get a rental they promise me. When I got there they have gave my car to someone else that morning, then they didn't have the car I needed so I couldn't go home.. They are the most unprofessional people to deal with and they didn't make a effort to my needs. I will never deal with Enterprise again...
