I rented a car for a week and returned it after 4 days, mainly because I was done with it and thought it would be nice they could rent it to someone else. Well.. I was charged a HIGHER daily rate because I didn't keep it the full 7 and the rate I was charged was $70 less than what the weekly was. That's just wrong. I was not pleased at all. I have also had issues with the car I was renting and have always been told to drive hours to pick up another one and they want to take the one with issues and tow it. We had a confirmed reservation for a truck rental. This was super important - due to a family death, we had to pick up a child who's mother had just passed away and transport her and her belongings cross-country. We had a confirmed reservation for a truck to do this. We get there to pick it up, no truck. I call customer service the first time and the guy is really nice, says he'll put out an urgent call for all other locations to check inventory. I explained just how time-sensitive it was. We waited and waited, no return cal... read more

***** from Enterprise called at noon to confirm our ********************* that we made several weeks ago and had previously confirmed online . He then called back at 2:00 and cancelled our reservation as Van was no longer available Anywhere in the tristate area . Van might be available later next week.
