Today I dropped off my car at an auto body shop in *****************. due to being rear ended. The auto body shop made reservations with Enterprise to deliver me a vehicle. The agent brought me a '20 ****** Corolla with the tire pressure light lit. He told me the light will go off after driving 5 miles since he had just filled the tire. The agent told me if I had any issues to let him know and I would be able to change the vehicle at any Enterprise. My family and I have submitted rentals with this agency and when we are scheduled to pickup a rental we are told the vehicle is unavailable . My family is left without a rental and our hotel fee is non-refundable on the day we are scheduled to arrive at the hotel. This happened 3 times. This is unsatisfactory service.

I had a rental reserved through my insurance company with this branch for the 30 days my car was in the shop. My insurance covers $30 a day for 30 days, and that is what I told them i wanted. I arrived at the branch and was out within 20 minutes with an *** and a signed agreement stating a rate of $25 per day + fees and taxes. I returned the car after 28 days and was told that everything is OK, and the rental is closed. To my surprise, I see a charge on my CC for $139. Yesterday I received a call from Enterprise damage recovery asking me to call them about a claim on a car I rented. 09/21/2021. This rental was almost 6 months ago. The first time of contact was 03/03/2022. They say this is for a dent in the car. First of all, an Enterprise service person and I walked around the car and found no damage and he didn’t not mention making a claim. Most Enterprise deserve 3 stars but not this one.Poor inventory management.Inflexible.Then will charge you extra to move you in a bigger car when they did not have the smaller car to honor the original reservation.Other branches of the firm are better equipped that this one.

The branch manager ***** **** at the location of *********************, ***********, ** ***** is very rude and should be demoted for reasons of bad customer service. I was in there due to getting a rental car through Progressive, her employee made a decision to give my rental away without even calling me or informing me the morning of the call that I had one on reserve. I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR. ITS NOT WORTHED. THIS COMPANY PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS AS THEIR COMPANY EVENT IF IT MEANS DOING HARM TO ANOTHER PERSON. I GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENTWITH A PERSON WHO RENT A CAR FROM THEM AND THEY DO NOT WNAT TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION WHEN THIS IS NECESSARY TO FILE A CLAIM. I WAS IN MY CAR WQITH MY SON. THIS ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN WORST IF I WOULD BE CLOSER TO THE OTHER CAR. NOW NOBODY IS GIVING ME ANY INFORMATION. I CANNOT FILE A CLAIM. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING

Worst rental experience EVER! The car broke down less than 24 hours after pick up and Enterprise left my daughter and I stranded in rural *********** for 2 days. They sent a tow truck and picked up the broken car and never sent a replacement car. There were no taxis or **** services available, again we were in very rural ***********. An employee of the hotel felt sorry for my daughter and I and gave us a ride of 50 miles one way back to the airport after 2 days of waiting for a replacement car.
