WATCH OUT! They rush through the rental at pick up. They don't disclose that there is a daily charge for additional driver. They have you sign and initial contract without telling or confirming what you are signing. I returned the car and was advised the bill would be sent via email. Don't fall for that when I read the receipt they had $105.00 extra charge on the bill. We returned a rental from Enterprise per the exact instructions both on the rental agreement and from the attendant: Leave the key fob in the cup holder. We did. Grabbed our luggage and walked into the airport. A few weeks later a charge for $560 appears on our business Amex from Enterprise. After speaking with them, we learn that they are charging the company for "not returning the key fob." We politely explained that in fact we had, but to no avail. If I could give Enterprise a negative 5 stars, I would.No one is home at Enterprise. Because my own vehicle was totaled, I got an Enterprise Rental through ********************* Within 10 days, I was able to purchase a new car. I was fraudulently charged for taxes on a vehicle that I got through my car insurance since my car was being repaired. I called regarding the money stolen from my account. The gentleman **** told me his manager approved the draft. It was never explained to me that they vehicle I had was over the insurance limit and when I checked in to get the vehicle almost a month ago, I was never informed of this. ATTENTION!! This is by far one of the worst experiences/days we have came across. We rented a vehicle ****** Equinox 2021) in order to travel from ** to ** for our aunts funeral. Our BRAKES WENT OUT ON HWY 10 going EAST bound. The scare we had of almost colliding with another vehicle was extremely frightening. We quickly yet slowly exited the hwy. Don't rent from *********, **. Scammers. Charged me $300 to drop of in ******* (didn't even tell me that was an option. I had to call the general enterprise number to schedule the different drop off location). Location was shady to begin with. I wish I could write a ****** review.
