I book online this am, after i found out my EV didnt start. I went to Enterprise with ****, my daughter had a game at Lake Worth at 12.15. The incompetent rude woman didnt want me to pay the reservation in cash? It cost $65. For the car plus $300. Deposit. I had only $260 available on one card and $330 on another card but enough cash. I was a customer for years on vacation this year was the 1st year they failed me up charging me an extra $800 . It's not about the money I trusted them I'LL PAY MORE just for better customer service and not to be treated different because I'm black .I'm not going to call them racist just misguided and ignorant .good bye Enterprise rent-a-car have fun with the extra $800 I hope it was worth it

*****/riverdale location is garbage this is the 3rd time I've had a reservation and wasted my time to go pick up a vehicle they DIDNT have ...reservations don't mean s*** so don't count on this company especially if your trying to get somewere important...Thanks for nothing enterprise.

My car that i rented at the end of July was filthy. Used nail file in console, paper protruding from rear seat, inside of windows filthy, steering wheel sticky and large patches of last winter's salt stains in the floor mats. Safe and sanitary vehicle ad is pure **.
