I will never ever rent another vehicle from enterprise rental car in ********, ** because they dont refund your deposit. My car insurance says they will pay $30 a day for me to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. When you go to pick up the vehicle they find you a car no doubt but they dont tell you that the vehicle is more than what your insurance company will pay so you get that vehicle not knowing that its $35 a day for the vehicle. I went to enterprise on from st. In Salem to rent a truck while I already had a rental. They wanted to renew my contract on my old vehicle so they went and got the miles from the car, my wife was in the car waiting for me . The customer service rep noticed my wife had a vape pen plugged in to the charge. She didnt say anything to me or my wife she went and told her manager ***************************** . We recently rented a car from another vender through a bigger affiliate (d$llar/xxpedia). The entire situation was a fiasco! We called Enterprise. The customer service rep located an ******************** car-rental near us and we had a car reserved, picked up and on our way within an hour!! Five stars for this team, especially ***************************. Also, I have already received my deposit back into my account! Thank you!!

I reserved a rental car in the fall of 2021 for a rental for my vacation in June 2022, so that I could get a good price. In March 2022, I received an email stating that they were sorry to see me cancel my reservation. I was shocked and called the next morning only to be passed to 3 different people (including the escalation team). I told them that I had not cancelled my reservation and wanted it reinstated. Son wrecked his car, we have rental. Progressive Ins booked a rental thru Enterprise at a *************** location. Son tried to pick up car and the clerk lied to him about the process and sent him to another Enterprise in *****. The manager at ************** location did not understand why he was sent there because the res. was at the *************** location and he did not have any cars. My car dealer booked a car here for me to pick up at this location, and when I got there, enterprise has no car for me. The agent asked me to wait around for 10 minutes, someone will get a car for me from another enterprise. From what I knew, the closest enterprise has no car because I was there 25 minutes before I came to this enterprise location. About 8 minutes later, someone drove in a car with full scratches everywhere. The agent said that I dont have to worry about the marks and scratches because those marks are minor.... read more

Made a reservation online. Recieved a confirmation number and a pick up time. My primary vehicle was in the shop and I had a very important meeting in a town about 30 miles away. Paid $10 for a taxi to get to the ************ Enterprise location, they basically told me my confirmation and reservation did not mean I would get a car, only that meant they would start "processing" my request and it would be 4 or 5 hours to get a car. Got a rental from enterprise ,paid weekly for two weeks + one day . Returned rental ,they did an inspection nothing was wrong ,said deposit would be released ,13 days later they are still playing ignore my phone calls or emails on why I havent received my refund .Worst experience ever ,people work hard for their money for this company to literally just take and not have to explain why they are with holding my money .Stay away from Enterprise ,that simple .
