I would technically give 0 stars!! Had rental reserved for over 3 months. Went to pick up the morning of only to be told there was none available. Called corporate twice and was promised a return phone call from area manager both times but received no phone call. Reservations mean nothing!! Beware!!

I made a reservation online for a car from Enterprise in *******, **. It was confirmed. I took a taxi 35 minutes to the location to pick up my car, which was not available. The manager of the location said he had no cars for me for the entire weekend (when I offered to wait) and no cars at any nearby rental companies anywhere (when I asked if he could check - which he didn't. Apparently Enterprise no longer does the pickup/drop off, but they are still advertising it. Unless I have no other options, I will never rent from them and I would advise everyone considering them to find a different rental company or make other arrangements through family or friends.

I called yesterday and spoke with a nice lady named ********************* that said for me to come in the following morning at 8am. I rented a car from 2/1/22 to 2/11/22. I had a allergic reaction to some medication and had to miss my Dad funeral to go home. The flight required an early morning arrival and no one was at the counter. Plus I was running late and forgot to drop-off the keys. When I got to my first stop, I called the customer service number on the key and asked where to send the key. I was told it happens all the time. The office in ************ does not Honour reservations. I have been renting monthly to help my sick father get his errands run and get to his appointments. This month they all of a sudden, no longer provided pick ** in the 5 km radius as they had always previously done. When I complained, they told me they would arrive to get me at 12 instead of 10:00 AM. They just never came. I waited all day. Made a reservation, they called that morning to tell me they were having trouble getting my car ready. I called back to see if they had fixed the problem, they closed up and left without even letting me know! Ruined my vacation since we were leaving at 8:30 the next morning, Sunday. This was in ******, **. They literally closed up and left like cowards!

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE ***** AT LOCATION *************************************************************. IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TELL YOU TO CALL ANOTHER LOCATION IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE FIRST LOCATION.
